CogniPhys Metrics Project: The New Frontier of Multidisciplinary Science
CPAH – Heráclito Research and Analysis Center, led by neuroscientist Dr. Fabiano de Abreu Agrela Rodrigues, has just launched the CogniPhys Metrics project , an initiative that promises to revolutionize the field of multidisciplinary science. Conceived by Dr. Fabiano, a post-PhD in Neuroscience and specialist in genomics, the project is the result of an international collaboration that includes Singaporean scientist Bryne Tan, master in Physics, and Brazilian physicist Adriel Pereira Silva.
CogniPhys Metrics integrates areas such as mathematics, physics, neuroscience, genomics and quantum physics to investigate complex topics such as human behavior, intelligence, genetic disorders and diseases. “The goal is to connect different areas of knowledge to answer fundamental questions about the human mind and its interactions with the environment, while developing practical tools for health, education and well-being,” explains Dr. Fabiano.
The Project and Its Objectives
The project’s main lines of research include:
• Human Behavior: Use of mathematical and physical models to map and predict behavioral patterns.
• Intelligence: Study of the neurogenetic and quantum bases of human and artificial intelligence.
• Disorders and Genetics: Analysis of genetic predispositions and their interactions with environmental factors.
• Mind-Body Interactions: Exploration of the connections between mental states and physiological processes.
• Emerging Technologies: Reflection on how artificial intelligence and new technologies shape cognition.
An Opportunity for New Members
One of the distinguishing features of CogniPhys Metrics is its collaborative and inclusive nature. The project is open to new members from various fields, including mathematicians, physicists, neuroscientists, biologists, psychologists and other professionals interested in contributing to this innovative approach. And best of all: participation is free. “We want to create a global network of researchers willing to share knowledge and foster scientific advances that benefit society,” highlights Dr. Fabiano.
